• Orders
  • Orders are taken on a first come first served basis, dependant on diary availability.
  • Ideally you will need to order a minimum of 12-16 weeks prior to you occasion date. Contact TCakes to discuss the possibility of a shorter timescale if required.
• Budget
  • TCakes can work from your budget to create the ideal cake for your occasion.
• Payment
  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and final payment is required 4 weeks prior to the occasion.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • If final payment is not received, TCakes will not commence work on your order.
  • In the event of a cancellation, dependant on the timescale any work that has commenced or special orders purchased will require payment. Cakes cancelled 6 weeks prior to occasion date will be liable for full payment.
  • Payments by cheque only please.
• Style
  • TCakes can guide you on the size of the cake you require to feed your guests.
  • Cakes can be created in the traditional fruit cake to the contemporary carrot, banana, lemon, chocolate, almond & vanilla.
  • Fillings can be created to contrast or compliment the taste and texture of your cake.
• Delivery
  • TCakes can deliver and set-up your cake for your occasion at the required venue. There is a charge for this service, which is calculated on distance & time spent assembling cake or wedding accessories.
  • Alternately TCakes can arrange delivery to your home or collection from her studio.
• TCakes cannot not be held responsible for any interference with the cake once it has been delivered or collected.
• Cookies can be posted or couriered to the required venue or customer.
