Cards, Crafts Terms & Conditions

Orders are taken on a strictly first come first served basis, depending on diary availability. To discuss your card and craft requirements or arrange a consultation please call TCakes on 0208 590 4237 or 07736 176381 or complete our contact form.

• After consultation a quotation of the proposed order will be sent to you.
• Work will not commence until TCakes has received signed confirmation of the proposed order.
• Where items are being personalised, names must be sent via email to ensure correct spelling.
• If changes are required to an order, additional charges may occur dependant on timescale and volume.
• If an order is cancelled, any monies paid are non-refundable, regardless of reason. If an order is partially complete and exceeds the deposit amount when cancelled, you are liable to pay for work to that date.
• It is preferable that TCakes receive all components of your final order at the same time. TCakes can then ensure design continuity throughout the entire order.
• In the unlikely event of an error please notify TCakes as soon as possible so that any errors can be rectified.
• Craft orders are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery, which includes insurance & guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm. Should mail charges increase during order, these will be reflected in final invoice.
• Written quotations are valid for a period of 6 months.
• Payments by cheque only please.
• All stationary includes envelopes and inserts.
• There is no minimum order quantity.
• Please note that as TCakes products are individually handcrafted, they may therefore differ slightly in appearance between each item.
